This screen shows the current Minimum Charge amounts for the selected Motor Freight Vendor for each ship-to state. If you know that EXLA charges a minimum freight charge of $71, enter that here. If the Motor Freight Vendor sends an invoice with a minimum charge that is a different price, you will receive an error message on the Accounts Payable Freight Invoices screen, Menu 1605, with an error code 08 -Minimum Charge Error.
