To add a new SCAC code or change an existing code (SCAC001)

Can be accessed by:

1. Menu 56164, F6

2. Menu 56164, 2

In the SCAC field, enter the registered, official, four-character code for the carrier. If you do not know the Official SCAC code established by the Freight Carrier Industry, please lookup online at: https://scaccodelookup.com/scac-name-lookup/. Do not enter a bogus SCAC code into the system. In the Short Description field, type the abbreviated name of carrier and in the Long Description field, type the full name of the carrier. Press ENTER to save the changes to the SCAC code file.
