Item Num Search (SWR111/CTL1)

Can be accessed by:

1. Menu 1910, option H, F4 on item#

2. Menu 1910, ‘H’ on a particular line item, F10, F16, F4 on item#

3. Menu 1930, 5 on a particular invoice, ‘H’ on a particular line item, F10, F16, F4

4. Menu 1960, F4 on item#

5. Menu 3120, F4 on item#

6. Menu 3920

7. Menu 3924, option 7, F16, F4 on item#

8. Menu 3924, Option 7, F2, F4 on item#

9. Menu 3924, option 5, F6, option 5, option H, F4 on item#

10. Menu 3924, option 5, F6, option 5, option H, F10, F16, F4 on item#

11. Menu 3930, F2, F4 on item#

12. Menu 3930, F16, F4 on item#

13. Menu 6640, Enter, F2, F5, F5, ‘H’ on a particular line item, F10, F16, F4

Pressing F4 while on the Item Num field, allows you to use “Item Num Search” to look up an item. You can even search through items that are out of stock or by Type, & by Warehouse also. This option is being discontinued. A better item search option is Menu 3924.

Underlined items- refers to another AS400 document. Search for the other document in the AS400 Documents in the Documents tab to get further instructions.
