Driver’s Accumulated Days for Pay Period.

Driver days are a combination of:

· Days Driven

· Vacation Days

· Holidays

· Sick Days

· Bereavement Days

Total accumulated days can be seen on Driver Pay Maintenance (56150) at the bottom of the screen.

If the number of days exceeds 10 days, the total line will have a reversed image as a visual queue to verify.

Driver’s total accumulated days are also on the Payroll Reports:

Driver’s Pay Report (56145) includes total days above the Grand Total line

Driver’s Pay Summary Report (56155) includes total days below the driver’s summary totals.

Market Adjustment rate is applied to the following:

· Days Driven

· Vacation Days

· Holidays

Market Adjustment will not change/recalculate if the pay period is closed.
